Objective:
The Outside-Outside drill is designed to enhance lateral ball control and agility. By exclusively using the outside of both feet, this drill helps young players develop a more dynamic range of movement and ball handling skills.
Instructions:
Repetitions and Sets:
Complete 30 repetitions of the side-to-side movement, using both feet. Aim for 5 sets with short breaks in between.
